Lots of Updates
We have lots to write about from the last 2 weeks. So I will break it up for the different events. But all in all we are all healthy and happy. Little colds have come and gone and the allergies that have bothered some of us are going away. Everyone is enjoying school and the holidays. I am enjoying having a little more home time now that all the fall sports are finished. Thomas has been busy with work, which we are grateful for everyday. With so many in the construction industry slowing down, his company has stayed very busy. And to add to it, they just secured a bid for a UNR building that is scheduled to take 2 years. So we are very grateful for each day of work. He is also scheduled for his surgery in a few weeks. The actual day is still undetermined because of the holidays coming up and the Dr. leaving town, so we hope to figure it all out this week. This has been needed for a long time and I am so thankful for health insurance and good Doctors!! He will be having his tonsils removed as well as correcting his deviated septum (nasal passage, which is 90% blocked on each side). Obviously he doesn't breath very well out of his nose, if at all, which makes his sleep apnea much worse. We are hoping that after this surgery his C-pap machine will not be as necessary. But we will have to wait and see what how well they were able to open things up. We will keep everyone updated!
