Broc participated in the Capital City Kids Triathlon a few weeks ago. He had such a great time. He loves swimming and riding bikes. Running isn't his favorite thing, but he's pretty good at it too. He was so excited to be in the triathlon. He placed 5th of 33. Not that they give out place's but he counted how many kids were in front of him. And he knew before the race started there were 33 in his age group. This is something he had been talking about it for weeks. We have usually had all the girls participate also, but they didn't get home until pretty late the night before and Chey would have had to be there by 8 AM. None of the them where ready to go by then, so they didn't go. Chey came with me and Broc to help Klings out with the little girls while the big girls were racing.
It's so much fun watching the kids enjoy a sport that is so good for them. I hope by doing these things at a young age, they will develop a love of exercise and sports and learn good sportsmanship. It was a great morning and we are so proud of Broc!

How fun, I haven't even heard about that. Isn't that such like a boy to count how many there are before the big race!! Way to go
