3 Milkshake Game

Broc played a very impressive T-ball game this Saturday. He ended up earning 3 milkshakes from daddy. Background... Towards the end of last softball season, none of the girls had yet to get a base hit, he promised milkshakes for everyone, for each hit. Chey and Kallie ended up finally getting hits. Well, the kids all assumed the milkshake agreement carried over into this season. The girls have earned several, but we had to come up with new requirements for Broc's milkshake, since he is guaranteed several hits each game.
So this Saturday he earned 3 milkshakes in one game.
Requirement #1: Hit a ball off a coach pitch... Done, way into left field.
Requirement #2: Hit a ball out of the infield... Done, on his second at bat, into right field
The 3rd milkshake I kinda made up during the game. He was playing in the pitchers position and caught a fly ball that was headed straight to his face. Everyone was amazed at his quick reaction time. Also amazed that it actually stayed in his glove. So that was well worth a milkshake.

Saturday we also had a practice for our co-ed team. It was fun to finally get out and play. We are excited to get this season started. I think we will have a really good team this year. Games start in 2 weeks, so we'll see.
