Friday we finally got the news that our great friend Staci was finally having her baby. Which meant extra kids for me. They were all so good all day. My girls were great entertainers and the Kling kids were little angels! I was thankful to have Thomas home to help with little ones and picking up from school. I didn't have room in my car for everyone! After dropping off the 2 youngest at home with grandpa, Shannon and I took the 2 older girls to the hospital to see their baby sister. We walked in just after she was born and her sisters got to hold her just minutes old! It was so sweet. We are already in love with little Anali Jane Kling.
We finally left the new mommy and daddy so they could rest. We didn't get home until really late Friday night, and it was going to be a very early morning for the 3 Little League kids.
Saturday was Opening Season for Silverada Little League. Broc had to be at the field at 7:30 to line up for the parade. Then he had a game following the pancake breakfast. He had some really good hits. The kids were troopers for sure. When we got to the field that morning it was 20 degrees out. By the time the game came around, it had warmed up some, but not enough to be warm! They all played a great game with very little complaints, not to bad for a bunch of 5-6 year olds!
Alexis, Avery, Aubri & Broc ( the best of buddies )

He had some great hits for his first coach pitch game! No more tee for him!
Thomas spent the rest of the day on the backhoe in the yard. We're digging out for a pool and sprinkler lines, finally! We knew we had lots of rock, but when you see ALL the rock coming up, it seems to never end. It probably doesn't! I've decided we need to find a rock crusher and start a gravel company. And sell the big ones to landscapers. Do you KNOW how much people pay for "landscaping" rock? Ridiculous. But if you want to come buy mine, I'll give you a great deal!! There are lots to choose from too. Seriously, contact me!
Anyway, the rest of Saturday we helped in the yard and the 4 Kling kids played with mine until Grandma arrived. Everyone slept very well that night!
Sunday we watched conference. It was wonderful. David and family came over for the second session and yummy fish dinner. And, Thomas needed help unloading the pool. The kids had a great time playing. It had been a while since they had been over just to play.
It was a very busy weekend, with so many fun & wonderful things!
