This week has started the madness that won't end until summer. Chey's volleyball tryouts are going great so far. She made the first cuts on Thursday and has received lots of praise from the coach. They will decide the final team on Wednesday.
The four older kids also started basketball this week. Everyone is excited to start, except Nait. He wants to get out and play with the big kids so bad. It is so hard to keep him entertained/distracted while everyone is on the court. Should be a very interesting couple of months.
I had to buy Kalllie and Kassie new shoes for basketball. And guess what? Yep, grown another size. They now have the same size as ME!! My ten year olds are wearing a size 8!! It is ridiculous! Chey didn't have that size until last summer. It's kinda scary. And oddly enough, they don't look that big on them.
Well it should be a great relaxing weekend. David and Cory are taking Thomas fishing for a late birthday present. They are excited to go freeze somewhere on the East Walker River by Bridgeport. Enjoy boys, I'll be shopping in Reno with Shannon!
