Okay, back to our trip. The end of April we drove to Logan, UT for Thomas' youngest sisters wedding. It was so nice to have it in Logan. We were able to spend some time with friends we hadn't seen in years. It was great to catch up and for our kids to make new friends, even though they were friends years ago, it was new to their memories. We spent some time with Kiley, our very favorite babysitter in UT, who is now all grown up and wonderful! We stayed with our bestest UT friends, the Dahles. We had a wonderful time.
The wedding was great too. Most of Thomas' family was there, just missing a few grand kids. Sandra looked beautiful and the newest member of the family, Caleb, survived his first Strong gathering. After the wedding we drove to Pocatello for reception number 1. That night we stayed with my brother, Jeremy in Idaho Falls. It was great to see them too. Kids grow so fast between visits! The next morning, Saturday, we visited with the Butikofers. We were so sad when they left Dayton, but having them so close to family is wonderful. We had a great visit and the kids loved spending time with them. We dropped the girls off at cousin Mariah's VB tourney then drove to Driggs. The drive there was SO entertaining. Driving through farming communities and the dry farms had Nait in hysterics. Every where he looked there were tractors and semi's. He's never been so happy! The noises and twitches he was making kept us laughing the whole way. We immediately went to the church to help with reception number 2 decorations. We stayed busy there and it turned out beautiful. Sandra did a great job with her decor. Everyone had a great time playing with cousins, and eating yummy food. It was a late night, but we drove back to Idaho Falls to my brothers for the night. The next day we drove home. It was a very quick, busy trip. But so nice to see so many friends and family.
